There is a Ukranian Center here in Buffalo that was built by the Germans before WW2...(Nazi's)...a good friend of mine (Ukranian born)..retired asst.director FBI (buffalo office) is on the board there..The Ukranian Center is like a safe harbor for Ukranian people in WNY...we have a substantial Ukranian community here in WNY..
