Drove mine to grocery shopping today (trucks in the shop).
Took 5-10 minutes for the AC to start working.
Anyone have this experience and any ideas?
BTW: when it did kick in, it was just as cold as it ever was.

Just about finished up my sensor. Not 100% happy with the lines, and need hose separators that fit tighter. Need to touch up the bracket I made a bit

Nice work. I have XPEL too, it is magical and soaking with 50% H2O/50% Isopropyl alcohol for a few minutes before some scrubbing if necessary and a pressure washer makes the cleanup easy.

It adds 10 hp too, easy.

Here's a detail tip for bugs....never mind the H20/alc .....instead use 60% Hydrogen peroxide/40% H20...bugs are made up of mainly protein ......the hydrogen peroxide melts the bugs away before your eyes...you wont believe it....I keep a small bottle in my trunk wherever I go

Important notice to all using a DIRS:

After the dragway last week Adrenaline Rush warned me to check the bolt torques. I checked yesterday, sure enough, the two vertical bolts going into the cross member had loosened considerably, after only 5 runs!

If I planned on a lot more racing, a little blue loctite might be a good idea.

Last week at the draway the Race Cooldown would not work. Adrenaline Rush's Race Cooldown was working all the time, I couldn't get mine to go even once!!!

This morning I figured I'd vacuum it before putting the seats back in so I back it out and turn it off and guess what?!?!? The Race Cooldown comes on immediately!!!!!!!!!

NLT tomorrow. The Challenger has some on it, but not enough. I’ll drive it out tonight since we are going to another residence where it will not get bothered. I’ll collect some on the way there and especially back to here later on and use that stuff tomorrow.
