Tires polluting the ocean - thoughts?

Those spew more toxins and CO2 which is not a pollutant no matter how hard Democrats try and convince us they are. Hell if it doesn’t work we can toss in all the Femocrats in there too. Before that crazy 10 year old climate expert comes after us Hellcat guys, she should know one thing. We don't let our tires slowly wear into dust on the road, to go into the ocean. To dispose of our tires we hit the fun pedal and instantly turn them into smoke, which never goes into the ocean. See, us Hellcat guys are very environmentally friendly.

I just have this to say.. Imagine 20 years from now when all the electric cars the worlds produced from the 2010s - 2020s batteries are now deemed garbage. They better come up with ways to recycle those big batteries. Imagine 10 million Tesla batteries deteriorating in the bottom of the ocean. Probably a lot worse than a bunch of old rubber.

I suspect the batteries can be recycled (or at least that's the design premise). Bullets and tires and other "disposable" or frangible products are impossible to remove from the plastic chain.

The problem is, if the US pulled back all its production needs inside their borders, those numbers would significantly increase (along with costs to produce goods) as it is a transfer of risk/responsibility to another party.

The reality is we all (billions of us) would need to start off by getting by with far less stuff, and change the way we do things. That being said, if there was a horse in every driveway we'd still have to support them logistically and that would have an environmental impact too.
