Has anyone tried these in an aggressive road course scenario? Since I need to replace my rotors for next year anyway I'm considering a move to the 21+ rotors and this looks like a reasonable option since I don't have a 21+ factory center hat.

I've run fronts for ~1 year. I swapped from the NOA Brembo P37018N to the non-NOA Brembo P37018 shortly after a few drives. The braking difference was noticeable since the NOA are ceramic based vs non-NOA semi-metallic. Unfortunately, I haven't had them on a road course or with track-focused pads.

From a weight perspective:

OEM Hat: 1.8lbs
OEM 390mm: 29.2 lbs (31 total)
390mm: 25.6 lbs (27.4 total)
400mm: 26.3 lbs (28.1 total)

You're welcome, and it would be great to see a track comparison of Paragon versus Demon Performance rotors.

You mentioned Viper ACR calipers. It's the same rotor/caliper size as the 2015-2020 Hellcats, but with the benefit of lighter/prolonged heat transfer titanium pistons (~2 lbs savings per front caliper).

The 2021+ cars have 400mm rotors and that's ~16lbs added in unsprung weight vs 2015-2020. Wesley Motorsports had a 2021 Charger Redeye and venture to say that is why the opt'd for the Viper ACR Caliper/rotors; 400mm to 390mm and piston benefit.

Material:
Demon Performance: proprietary cast iron
Paragon: CM-250 special formulated high carbon alloy cast iron

400mm rotors
OEM: 38.65 lbs (with OEM hat)

Demon Performance: 30.75 lbs (with DP aluminum hat)

Thanks. I'm not too concerned about weight of the rotors. My focus is at least getting a little more surface area and thus heat capacity in the rotors to help me avoid brake fade. At Road America I can fade the DTC70 in 2 hard laps. I have a set of DTC80 front pads that are still in the box, waiting for the next time I think I've changed the hardware enough to possibly move the needle.
I know 390 to 400mm is a small difference, but it's an easy experiment when I replace the rotors.

Given your ability to move your calipers out to accommodate 400mm, I'd do it..
