There's a law right now but either it's really vague or it's not being enforced. Doesn't help that there's a bunch of Yankees who clog it up.

Most left lane er’s where taught to drive like that by their inconsiderate parents, just get in left lane and stay there, F everyone else. Then they look at you with angry faces as you pass them on the right like “look at this law breaker, he’s not supposed to pass on the right”. Well get in the right lane ass hole!! I pass them daily coming to work, some of the same people every day, feel like tossing a rock out the window as I go by them.

Figured I'd comment since I live here and experience this phenomenon nearly daily...

A LOT of it is a certain demographic for certain. I can nearly throw a rock and it'll land in Mexico and I can't tell you how many times you come across someone like that and they have MX plates. They drive however the fuck they feel like because most law enforcement agencies don't want to deal with them unless they've wrecked or doing something REAL egregious. It's like it's an away game for them and they'll do whatever the fuck they want.

Snowbirds too, especially this time of year. Doing 10-15 MPH under in a camper with a trailer, etc. You'd think they know better but they're an entitled bunch of assholes.

Interstate speed limit is 75 MPH. I typically camp in the right/travel lane at or very near the speed limit myself. I'll let it out every now and then but I don't want my ride getting seized and end up as one of AZ DPS's pursuit vehicles.

That being said whenever I see and asshole RIPPING in and out traffic, weaving and going WAY above the speed limit, pushing triple digits it's nearly exclusively a Kalifornian asshole of some variety. On more than one occasion I've seen them pulled over by DPS miles up the road and always give a friendly beep and drop the window and :

Don't even get me started on the snowbirds (shitbirds) - what an entitled lot they believe they are. Dawdling around 15+ mph under the limit looking around at everything but the road. I see them all the time on one of our local 5 lane arteries (4 travel, 1 shared turn) poking along in the left lane, then decide they want to turn into some strip mall & just fucking stop and try to turn across the right lane & then get that pissed off look at those of us laying hard on our horns

I've got personal stories from both sides of this debate. I spend more time in the left lane but it's because I drive faster than everyone else on my 45 mile each way seven day a week trip to work! If traffic is as it should be I move over but I would rather stay in the lane than constantly back and forth AS LONG AS I AM NOT INTERERING with any other drivers. If someone comes up going faster I move out of the way, I'll let them get the ticket.

I recognize and wave to most of the cops on my trip each day. A lot of assholes out there that just like to be a PIA on the road on purpose Like the ones that take 5 miles to pass a vehicle and as soon as they do they floor it and speed up so you can't do anything, then slow down at the next car and take forever to pass. I speed up get passed the vehicle and let others through as needed.

It is all just about courtesy!!

Franks awesome but his boss is ever better...... Ya know I was gonna take a video of this the other day but only in America will u see 30 cars lined up in the PASSING lane AKA the "Left lane" smh and yet the right lane has ZERO cars in it for as far as the eye can see.

I passed literally like 20 cars that were clogging the left lane. Fukn idiots!

Its really ass backwards here..... And just for clarification I immediately got into the right lane. It just feels awkward to me to park myself in a lane im not supposed to be in. I drive fast.... really f-ing fast. But there are those who drive even faster than me! Yea, so get OUT of the left lane ya dont belong there its NOT the TRAVEL lane!
