FINALLY! This is the first brand new vehicle of my lifetime. Been to dozens of local dealerships over the past few months with no luck. Welcome home to my new 2022 GMC 2500HD Denali Ultimate. Has every single option available along with some custom one off mods. In love with the wheels. Sticker was $88,8XX. Got it OTD with Rebates, Incentives, and Employee discount for $82k. 7 year 100k bumper to bumper 7 year 100k powertrain. Feels like a dream come true. No way I'm flipping this baby!!

The surround view camera system, tech package, and navigation is incredible compared my old 2002 GMC 2500HD. Pulls like a train for weighing 7XXXLB's.

the wife has Siverado w/ Duramax Allison for trailering horses great power train. Wish hers had the new 10 speed Allison.
we probably trade up in a year or two.

Thanks guys! A few years back sold to a friends buddy for a price I couldn't refuse after doing a bit of custom work. It's being used as a daily driver by the new owner still! Thing was built to last.

The times were in is just insane. A nice house now is going for Mid 200's-300's here in Upstate NY. For a newer build probably upper 300's-400 sadly. They just appraised mine at 315,000 and I bought it for 190 post pandemic lol

Only thing better imo would be Ram dually.

I bought my house in 2000 for 79K, now my house is worth $225K & my HC & Ram are worth more than I originally paid for my house.

Bought my first new car in 1994, Firebird, have never bought a used car since, don't care if I take the new car price hit, nothing like being the first owner & knowing that no one else has ragged on it.

To me it's mostly to be able to break things in correctly. I like quiet drive trains, and while it's not brain surgery to change ring and pinions, it's not exactly fun either.

But still better than taking an innocent vehicle to a dealer to be worked on.
