Can you fit your jack handle over the end of the prybar to give you more leverage?

I'm sorry this happened to you, I know exactly how you feel.
I was 1st ever to break a halfshaft.
There were no aftermarket ones than.
I got one from Dodge.........a gift!
But it wasnt the axel, it was the Diff that broke and cause the problem.
I also broke another diff and it took out my Driveshaft. This is why I call the Diff brace "The Best Piece" of mind mod.I have a little of 900 HP
I had upgraded my axels just because I was worried. I really dont like to break and my husband thought with strength comes saftey.
So About the Trans what happens there and everyone should watch and look for.
The after market Drive Shafts can touch the the exhaust and as the DS spins and touches the exhaust a cut starts. And yes that also happened to me at the top end of the racetrack. And when it I heard this banging noise and thought hmm is that what an SC sounds like when they blow up.
The weird thing was I went around and my car kept moving. I stopped first chance because if the banging noise. It was ding ding ding. My car would not turn off.
A man came over and he pulled the fuse to stop the motor.
We didnt know the damage to the Trans until it started smoking on my way to work.
Josh sent his guys up my work and trailed it back to HHP.

On removing a axle, some will say different but for me I have found that it's easier to drop the diff to change 1 or both axles, then if it's a diff issue too then your already there, once the exhaust & DS is unbolted it's only 4 bolts to drop the diff + brace. Take off the axle nut at the spindle & tap it out.

So it sounds like he hasnt pulled it out of the rear. I told him with everything loose it should come out of the rear then came out of the hub

The way he's going at it, I think it has to come out of the spindle first then pop out of the diff, and it's hard to get every thing lose enough without almost taking everything off.
But witch ever end will come out first.

i think we had some confusion I had oatmeal this morning I went to subway for a sub 😂
But ya took a lunch break. I am doing it the wrong way that’s for sure it’s a pain. It is so close to coming out so close I can’t get the last 2mm out.

Yeah & doing by yourself makes it harder, when I was doing my RE axles I started to do it your way but after awhile I said fuck it & put it back together & then I dropped the diff & popped out of diff first then out of the spindles, but if you had a extra hand to pry out as you finagle the axle will maybe get it.
But then there's the other side too , unless you just do the 1 with same axle. If it's just the axle.
