Probably sell more of them if they came with "new car smell" imbedded in them.

If you live in a heavy pollen area like anywhere east of the Mississippi they get clogged pretty fast. I can’t see using a reusable one. It’s easier just tossing it.

So you never have to clean it?
Depends. I live in a heavy pollen area so I clean it after the spring pollen season and again after the fall pollen season. I like these because you only pay once.

Only issue I see with cleanable cabin filters are you will never get 100 percent of the allergens out as the ones that get you are microscopic. I would rather throw my troubles in the trash than breathing them all summer.
