This picture shows a piece of cardboard in between the toe arm and 8C6C1958-6763-4A3B-B78F-7DD501F4915C.jpeg the rim Marco told me that I needed at least the thickness of a cardboard clearance in between the rim and the toe arm and the sway bar link

As you will see here I had the grind sway bar link all the way down to where the ball pivot starts after I got my clearance that I wanted with it all installed I took the cut off wheel as you can see in the pictures and I smoothed it all out with the mounting where the sway bar link bolts to the knuckle
This actually gave it a smooth rounded 8930BB87-B74E-47FF-87AD-D1A207CF864C.jpeg 9CE13161-78EE-4E5B-99A3-9559FAE4E0F9.jpeg it look

Since I don’t have the upper control arms and one of the lower trailing arms was not correct I went ahead and installed the brakes I actually think the Carlyle racing kit is actually OK looks like a solid brake system as I’ve got the drilled and slotted rotors there’s some pictures in here that you need to pay attention to the brake lines especially where they go over the sway barYou will want to make sure that you slide the rubber back in between the sway bar and the brake line to protect the line , on the passenger side brake line from thecaliper AA5CB11E-3E93-47AB-8283-E0CD381540C6.jpeg C8ADEA1F-BFA5-44DE-BFF8-7FCCB6A5192F.jpeg 651F8447-9030-445B-9435-819C76800688.jpeg 2E799868-CBE3-4D1E-AF67-C78407B6E5ED.jpeg F79CC125-843F-4BF6-9A65-77CC86B64FBC.jpeg actually goes in right in place and isn’t going to rub against anything but on the driver side at the top strap the brake line in one area to the fill hose of the gas tank to prevent it from rubbing, also when tightening the brake lines be careful they just need a good snug don’t heman them

Please do share your thoughts on this, first things first, but at some point in the future, we're going to be looking for what the next fitments are beyond the initial 390*34-6pot brake system.

;)

@Hpindy
My I suggest 360 mm(front) / 350 mm(rear) rotors to fit the demon . Sounds like something I might like .

View attachment 13358 If you look at the picture with the little bushing laying on top of the tire I cut the top of the bushing off with a mushroom head is this allowed my toe bolt to have more clearance between it and the tire I also had to grind about a 45° angle on the bolt it’s still on the head,By cutting the mushroom top of the head off the bushing it allows the bolt to go flush with the tow arm View attachment 13354 View attachment 13355 View attachment 13356
OMG, that looks totally safe ? :whistle:

next week ill show the upper trailing arm and the upper control arms ,ill decide next week if I want to pull the complete rear cradle to do the upper trailing arms or I will use a saw saw to cut the bolt head off and reinsert it from the other side

That's what I did , saw sall to cut the bolt , it's quick & easier than dropping the whole cradle.

I agree. If you’re only doing upper control arms, just cut the bolts. However.... seeing that you’re doing stuff..... it’s a good time to do cradle bushings. I would not go with the heavy hitter 15” wheel setup with out having the cradle bushings done. One thing leads to another. And another and another. Seeing that the cradle is down.... do the diff bushings. 😂

if I pull the cradle that may be an option but I honestly didn't want solid bushings is the cradle

Check out the BMR lock outs for both the cradle and diff. That’s what I have. Firm but not solid.

I have the lock out kit I believe the diff bushing are important myself because it will help with noise dampning and also a little movement in the diff is ok but remember I want to be able to put the car back together to drive daily as well when not racing

I always wanted a set of dog dish 15's. But I couldn't live with all the grinding and cutting. That's not the right direction to go. I'm not trying to be an ass. Just from an engineering standpoint. You don't do that. sorry for the 2cts it's your project.
