I'm sure DGatzby knows all about hustling an overweight, (with poor weight distribution), over-powered, under-tired beast around in the rain. ;)

Use the OEM tires you bring along IF you want to drive in the wet. Or sit in the pits and look and talk smart.:love: Think traction is tricky on a good day??

No shit they don’t work in the rain. Nothing but a “street” tire will if you are remotely interested in driving in the wet on a closed course. During my three days of SCCA certification it rained two. Spin a Ford Spec into the grass a few times. It is ok, but I’ll wait for a dry track unless you may waste a whole weekend fee.
