A chopper that relies on computer tech to help a 1/2 trained "pilot" fly it, nope solid pass for me! Even redundant systems fail, and then all you are left with is your stick and rudder skills to get you down safely.

Might as well just grab your pecker and hold on cause that’s about as useful as the 30 hrs.
I’m not a flyer, hate it, wife got her pilots license about 25 years ago but has since quite flying because of her MS☹️ she loved it and still likes to fly. She’s looking forward to our flight out for Radford school soon.
Then I just booked a cruise out of LA in February so we’ll be flying again at that time!
I just had my moms uncle Dan end up paralyzed from the waste down in the small plane he was flying crashed in Georgia a month ago. His passenger ended up dying😢 like I said not a fan of flying!

I hate to say it but, a percentage of the licensed private pilots out there, don’t have any stick and rudder skills. Anything over a 15 degree bank would have them freaking out. Unless one has gone through instrument and commercial license training (which is just about stick and rudder skills)…. They don’t have any. I worked with friends that had their basic licenses and owned what are categorized as high performance planes (C-210, Bonanzas). They were point A to point B VFR pilots. If they ever got into a situation where they had to save themselves by the seat of their pants… they couldn’t have.

We can also blame the FAA for pilots having a lack of stick and rudder skills. Now days students are only required to recover from a stall at the first indication, such as mushy controls or the horn, not even close to a fully developed stall. The minimum speed for the slow flight maneuver has also increased to where the maneuver is almost pointless. I make all of my students take me into fully developed stalls, perform slow flight on the edge of stall speed, and I at least demonstrate spins to them if not teach the maneuver. Some instructors say I am old school and will scare off potential students, but I think the old way of teaching pilots made them much better and safer.

Here I was hoping cut down a few trees and build a pad in the backyard.
You have that in the court just outside your driveway 😂

I really like the original and the remake is not too bad either, except Higgins is a hot British chic which is weird! Then of course Magnum and her have the hots for each other! Just happy that Higgins is a woman😳😍

They sure do get their hands on a lot of really sweet firearms (military grade autos) for it being in Hawaii🤨🤨

The only way it works is if you get in like you get in your car every day. If you think about the possibilities, you would never fly.

BUT....

You get to do this... (This is not me, but it's the sort of thing that we did)

Aside from my fear of flying...I have an issue with motion sickness...a simple Sky King roll in my friends single engine Mooney was enough to make me blow chow....I'm jut not cut out to fly
