Interesting-
“The Jeep Wrangler Rubicon 392 is headed into production, according to a source inside Jeep. The company has apparently produced 30 V-8 Wrangler prototypes at the Toledo, Ohio Wrangler plant—something our source says would not happen for a one-off concept.”...
Pretty cool, but I don't see this as anything more than one of many Easter Jeep Safari concepts they crank out every year. In fact, I'm pretty sure they cancelled that this year so they probably have several of these unannounced Jeep concepts that they will continue to show off to distract from...
Can't believe they'd offer the 392 in a Wrangler/Gladiator when it hasn't been offered in the Ram 1500 yet. Besides, didn't FCA already publicly state that although the HC motor technically fits, there will never be a HC Wrangler/Gladiator because it's too tight for their crash...
Case got tossed yesterday, but I'm sure GM will appeal.

TBA. I'm guessing.... More expensive.
I agree. Just rehashing what's already been done now with different names. And FCA is really starting to live up to the 'HELLCAT ALL THE THINGS!' meme.
Put any of those crate parts in and you've still modded it as far as I'm concerned. Those parts are from the Mopar catalog, not the factory (even if they did only cost $1). They come in a box after the fact. But you make an excellent point about the warranty.
All I'm saying is they both leave...
Sure. And a Super Stock (or a RE for that matter if you measure them at the same RPM) would be too with the same crate PCM (or an aftermarket tune). Apples to apples (on pump gas with the stock PCM) they are the same. 808 and "807".
That makes these Hellcat wheels too, lol
Good question. The Slingshot design was so well liked they brought it back twice. Maybe they figured it was time to move on to a 'new and improved' design.... That looks almost exactly like Durango R/T wheels :ROFLMAO:
Way too similar, but they are not the same wheels. I agree though, if you're going to invest in a multiple wheel designs, at least make them look different from each other.
