I originally bought these as a gag, believing based on reports, that they were literally the same as the VMax, but with simply a different color ballistic tip.

those look like they'd make great party favors.
I got 100 rounds of these on an assignment years ago. I've kept them all these years mostly as a novelty I think. At least they won't go bad like milk...

That was my response when the client provided them. He was concerned about over penetration in the house....and I guess for the surrounding neighborhood as well. I had plenty of fmj and soft point .308 already but this is what he wanted, provided, and paid the bill for...so who was I to argue. The best ammo is always the stuff that someone else paid for

I had the pistol rounds in .45 and 9mm so I was already familiar with them, but when he handed these out......I took them

Here. Oldest son was sick. He's better now. We'll never know if he had 'it' since they're not testing anyone around here that isn't sick enough to be admitted to the hospital. He's super happy to not be restricted to his room anymore. Spent Easter weekend deep cleaning the whole house. Still waiting to find out when I'll go back to work. Last word was possibly May 4. Yea 99.9% sure I had it.
I was traveling a ton for work (in Cali) and 2 days after I got home I was sick with the most rowdy flu ever. I am not one to go to the doctor if I am still breathing, so never got the official test. Few weeks later I helped a friend all weekend who was obviously very sick, but we had to press on with his project. The following Monday he thought he had Corona so he got the test, and it came back positive. I think the only reason I didn't not get sick from him when I certainly should have, if it is contagious as they say, is that I have already had it.

My symptoms were all the same as Corona, and while it sucked, it was not need for panic like the media says. I got over it and so did my friend. The normal at risk demographics that the common cold or flu can kill are the ones that need to take extra precautions. Personally I think all this has been blown far out of proportion by the media. While it is rowdy to have and highly contagious, I think a hard look at who it is really killing needs to be kept in perspective. Every single death in my state has had underlying medical conditions and most were 70-90 on top of that. -----the same that die from the flu every year.

Spoke too soon about being fine.

Sunday morning, I felt like I was having a panic attack even though I dont think I've ever had one, heart felt like it was racing and I had chills. I was honestly a little afraid that something major was happening to me. My blood pressure was slightly elevated, 145/92, typically mine is always around 124/78. Honestly wasnt sure if I was having a mini heart attack but it all passed later Sunday.

Felt fine on Monday so I assumed Sunday was a fluke. Then today I got light headed and dizzy again at work and went to the ER. They checked my temp first and it was normal, then my blood pressure and it was elevated again, about 145/95. They ran a EKG and it was fine. I'm showing no symptoms of COVID and haven't been exposed to anyone that I'm aware of so they checked me for ear infections and that was fine too. They took a blood sample and that came back fine too. They're saying I was probably dehydrated and sent me home. I don't know if that's the case or not. I know I don't feel quite normal but cant really say why, my appetite has gone down today too and over the last few weeks I've felt more fatigued than usual. I get hungry but don't want to eat so I just make myself eat. Drinking lots of fluids to stay hydrated. Not sure what's going on yet, trying to stay positive and just hope whatever it is runs its course.

It’s always better to be safe than sorry. I’ve had similar episodes before all this and have gone in and they look at me like I’m crazy. After few weeks and several trips to doc and er turned out to be vertigo making me feel dizzy then that causing panic attacks. Gave me some nasal spray to drain my ears and anti anxiety meds and finally went away. Panic attacks are no joke. Wishing you the best!
