Here is a fully dressed (minus manifolds) Hellcat engine -

683lbs.
According to the internet (can't find someone weighing it) a fully dressed Hurricane is 440lbs.
The intercooler is integrated with the intake on the Hurricane, not unlike the intercooler bricks in the IHI. The turbos are integrated with the exhaust, not unlike the supercharger sitting on top of the 6.2. Accessories and cooling duties between the 2 are damn near identical as far as hardware is concerned.
In the 1 case where they've already swapped between the Hellcat and Hurricane drivetrains (TRX > RHO) RAM said 180lbs.
"However, Ram notes that the RHO weighs 150 pounds less than the TRX and 180 pounds less up front, so company engineers retuned the dampers and suspension for the difference in weight and better overall weight balance."

I can't say for certain, I don't have either of them, but I'd argue that there is ~200lbs between them.
I don't have a dog in this fight, the new Charger is pretty ugly and I'm not a potential buyer.
