Transmission is performing at peak performance , shifting great DA has been 1800 just nice dropping to 1500 but trans is holding full power but I’ve had to use the launch tune because traction hasn’t been good

Fuel level messed up? I had to pull the pumps to re-tie the wires waayyy back, no issues since. I also put some gasoline / alcohol safe heat shrink over the fuel sender butt connectors to keep the longevity. I have the 274's in there. Once they ever get tired, I'll put 285's in their place.

Did the same on my connections when I swapped out the stock pump for the HP pump that came with my blower kit from Arrington a few years ago. Did not like the idea of exposed butt terminals so close together in fuel. Used Viton shrink wrap.

First of all, I’ve not been banned anywhere. They asked me to slow down but I didn’t so they asked me to park the car. I could have run 10.0 class but I chose to help my team.

keep the NHRA safety point to yourself. Like you never ran without nhra cage. We got street legal cars that we like to drive on street and have fun at track wherever we can.

Do I recommend going that fast on track without safety. Not at all but I’ll slow my car if I’d have to but I’m not ready to put cage at the moment. You rave about stock this stock that however you don’t have stock motor at this moment. My car having 2020 changes so I might not meet some of your stock criteria. However, if you want to line up at some mshs event. My car is ready boost vs boost for 3 runs and let’s put car on scale. We can ask Independent tuner to log out boost so we are running same boost if you feel that I might be running a lot more on “Stock Motor”. I’m done with my post and you know how to contact me.

Do you really want to go down this road? I have enjoyed pitting with you and your family at Hemifest, crawled under your car help fix the drive shaft (among others). My motor has a stock block and crank (i.e displacement), molnar rods and pistons (drop in), stock heads, stock blower, stock TB and a cam. Stock A8 (including the TQ), stock rear, G Force half shafts. Nothing to hide.

This thread is all about Hellno and his mad skills regarding the A8, I might be shipping my A8 to him to rebuild in the future. I wish him well and hope he kicks ass. The call out that stands for many years is not directed at you (you know this).

I’m not sure if it was the track or the demon stall causing my traction concerns best 60ft was 1.42 with timing pulled out of the launch but everyone else was having traction issues too, I’m going to see if they will spray it right before my pass tomorrow morning and try full power again

@Speedy! i noticed as I went to smaller pulleys the trans would shift more aggressively that may be the shift tables changing depending on torque Demands

Definitely. You are making boost earlier so you are making torque earlier so I'm guessing the torque would adjust the shift patterns to compensate

If tranny is working at it's peak like you say and you get a good track prep tomorrow, no doubt you'll get your PB. Good luck!

A speed shop is not responsible for posting pictures of a build. The owner of the Vehicle is.
I've seen many owners post their build including Rob Goss-s.
Rubbles Pro mod build there are plenty out there.


Many have posted their build on the net!
This will not be the 1st......if he actually does more than talking about it. But it may be the 1st for some to see......maybe!

So far on the" focused build " is only the same picture.....the one of the Chassis which is how it was bought in the first place.
A Promise to Tell everyone what Is going on! Where are the promised Pics that no one else will show show or post of their build.
What a joke thinking he is the 1st to do this!
