Hands down Michlien on the street. Also their tires work very well on the track. For the strip, I'll let my drag racing friends light it up with other suggestions.

I didn't like the MT. But then, where I live, we average about 6 feet of rain a year.
Loved them when it was dry.

I haven’t tried most on the list, but I’ve never met a Michelin I didn’t like.

Can't go wrong with Michelin, but Goodyear has some tires that are pretty hard to beat for the money too....depends on the application. For this forum though I am assuming that we are discussing performance tires which I have less experience with....

I just swapped on Bridgestone Potenza S007 to finish out the summer. Maybe have 200 miles on them and already can tell I'll never go back to P-Zeros!

Personally I love Nitto and Michelin tires. Now that Michelin has the MPS4S in a 305/35/20 its awesome.

For drag Mickey and Nitto are our favorites.

I voted Nitto as I've had several of them on my pickup for years, and now on the rear of my HC.

Im a little confused. I thought i recalled that many felt the mich PS4S was the best summer tire available, just expensive. Was looking at "set up" thread and you commented that PS4S has more A/S compound than PS4. Wouldn't that degrade dry grip in the PS4S vs PS4 ?

Starting to sound like almost anything is better than the Pirellis.

We were driving Albuquerque to Vegas and encountered snow in Flagstaff. The Pirelli A/S did keep us on the road, so credit there. But for anything where you are trying to put power down, the P A/S are close to worthless.

I am looking into the Yokohama Apex, a new tire they've released...
