What are you guys using for an OBDII Scanner that enables us to bleed ABS Module?

Looking to do a brake fluid swap and see several available. Just wondering what you guys use before I invest $200.00-300.00. I don't need a full featured commercial machine. Entry level is fine as long as I can bleed the ABS Module.
Thanks

I'm pretty sure that AlfaOBD has that function...in addition to the huge amount of other things that can be done with that program.
You'll also need something to plug into the port. OBDII+ I think a good one is called.

It's "MXOBDII+" or something to that effect.
Anyway, don't skimp on that part. Especially since with a '15 you won't need a bypass cable.

I can't find anything saying that that device will operate the circuitry and bleed the ABS module. I'll look it over again though tomorrow.

AlfaOBD isn't a device. You may be looking at what the MX bluetooth thingy can and can't do.

Thanks Jimmy. So the Alfaobd is the software, or app, that I need to purchase, then use a bluetooth interface like the OBDlink MX to connect with the car. Seems line a handheld scanner might do the same thing by just hooking directly to the obd2 port. Looks like Android and PC users only, neither of which I use.

If you don't have either an android or a Windows PC, then what if you picked up a cheap or used tablet. You can do more with
Alpha ODB than any scanner in the price range you mentioned.
If you are more comfortable using a scanner then that may be the way to go.

I use a Kindle fire for AlphaObd. I've never tried the break bleed function with it but a buddy has borrowed it for just that. To my knowledge it worked fine

You've got it Jeff. Hopefully I can knock it out this weekend, plenty of crap on my plate, but I'm tired of looking at the car on the jacks, this should be a winter time project!
