No-prep, 1/8th mile... They will either get a cult following or it will be for sale again, only time will tell. With tracks closing left and right I wish them well on this adventure.

There are some tracks opening up it's just not publicized much.

Many are now located near residential areas and the real estate values has gone through the roof.

Many owners aren't rebuilding. NHRA, I believe, needs the money.

It’s not too hard to understand. Anymore, racing is too expensive, not enough runs, too many delays, etc., etc. On the other hand, for the owners, you have employees, maintenance, insurance, property taxes, etc, etc.

There's nothing hard to understand here. Values go up along with harassment so you sell.

But there are some new tracks being built around the country.

Not everyone is throwing in the towel. It's getting very hard to get into an event these days. Many sell out months in advance. More racers with faster cars.

The tracks with great ownership are all very successful. Bradenton is one of them. There's hardly any day of the week that something isn't going on there.

Like all of us, if we don't completely utilize all of our assets, we will either suffer business wise or cease to exist.
