I stopped reading after this:

"Hear me out. I love Hellcats and their 700-plus horsepower as much as the next guy, but all that power is simply too much. It’s the definition of excess."

There's enough negativity out there right now. :p

Its a really great article and I have said for years the 6.4 motor set up is a blast of a car. I have raced many SRT guys and its the 100mph plus to really spread the cars out. And not everyone can justify the pricing of the Wide Body Charger Hellcat and I get it.

I'd take a Scat Shaker over a Cat, if I'm being totally honest. It's always been my plan. A White Knuckle Shaker with gloss black accents and MAYBE maybe maybe maybe a turbo setup. As much as I love a supercharger whine, I prefer a Shaker. If I could find a way to mill a Shaker into into a Cat's Supercharger top, I would.

I had the SRT’s for about a year while waiting for my Hellcats and they were truly a great fun car.

Those are really nice cars. Loved my charger RT. Not one issue when I traded it for the HC

ditto, It sounds like what someone would say if they couldn't afford a Hellcat but didn't want to admit it, very typical. If I didn't buy a Hellcat I damn sure wouldn't buy a scat pack!

If you know how to drive the hellcat right and have good tires.. you’ll completely destroy a 392. 0-60 is 1 second faster and 60-100 it’s a second faster as well
