Poll: To tint or not to tint. That is the question Mopar fans!

I can't see shit in the broad daylight!
So, no tint for me.
I like the look but it creates a safety issue for me.

I am a safety issue any way so Fl living is a must. Limo tint is the legal darkest,, legal. At night with a slight rain mist can be a bit wide eyed opening. And as my friend calls it cop killing tint. Well Dennis when your dash board destroyed in 5 years and I have not killed a cop,,, then tint wins. Something your eyes have to get used to after dark. I usually don't drive a muscle car after dark do to the police activity after the stangers and us up graders get caught up in the stings. As close to the beach I am living now,, a lot of that happens after dark. Cops see this tint and can't see thru it one or 2 things,,, dope dealer or have enough money to pay for whatever tickets they want to present to ya. I have been on their so called hot list for years. I know when to drive the H/C with tint and the Nissan with out tint. The kids with these mosquito sounding exhaust systems hauling ass and not going any where has put the rest of us on their spot light. Not right and not fair. We pay a lot of $$$ for our cars and trucks whom are safe and titled correctly. We get thrown into these idiots playing field. Comment of the evening. Tint,, good.

I definitely went for tinting, the darkest I could legally go. Living in the desert sw, it is needed for temp and interior protection. But beyond that, I think it looks Bada** !

Thanks! And yeah I just got it a couple weeks ago and have been busy getting it set up to drive and try to drag race. Will try out the All Out Call Out this weekend and see how it goes.

Tinted mine right away.
One thing to keep in mind its not how dark the dye/film is for the cooling effect. What counts is how much infrared (IR) rejection the film has. The materials have gotten significantly better in the past few years with IR rejection. Many companies now produce tint that rejects >90% IR. Some jokingly call this vampire tint.

If you have the rear seat delete then think twice. It is so light and flimsy they will break it when tinting the back window. Already had two tint companies say they couldn't do it because of the rear seat delete.

I really want to put some tint on, just debating how dark I want to go. I've gone limo and 15% with other cars in the past. Too damn dark at night. I'm thinking 20%-25% ceramic tint. However, as you said I'm worried about the back window. I may have to pull the bottom off or something to give them something to lean on, lol. I know a guy who does it on the side, so I'll see what he says.
