Anyone running the above Demon /Hellcat kit on a standard engine?Looking for opinions on fitment ,operation and maybe improvement on times please. Thanks

Look, I'm far from the expert here, on many levels, but one thing that occurred to me is this.

That kit seems to utilize the existing fuel system.

If the existing fuel system is essentially maxed out (arguably) on an engine that is "stock", asking it to deliver even more fuel seems sketchy at best???

My husband had Nitrous Outlet NOS installed on "Top Cat" The support for their NOS and Hellcats has been way better and also so for other Hemi cars. They have been supporting the MSHS race series for many years and are in the know for Hemis.

Nitous has done well on the 6.2 engine !

That’s the kit I have but yet to install it. The plate is 95 mm but my TB inlet is now 100. If I where to use it someday it would be fed by it’s own fuel cell and pump for sure.

I'm not a fan of putting fuel/nitrous through the supercharger... It was designed to run air only through it .. I worry it will deteriorate the coating on the rotors in the supercharger .
I think the NX lid is a better option .

Nitrous express has the lid option too,big bucks tho.

Small shots of NOS around 150 shot seem to do fine for quite a while.

Lots of Superchargers have gone Kaboom from using bigger shots after a while.

My plans would be a small shot, smallest possible at first, 125 max.
I agree, best place is post blower, spray bars right above the valves being the best in my opinion. I’ve had this kit for 2 years, it’s still in the box for a reason lol. I run a dual stage nitrous set up on my Capri but that’s old school and under a carburetor, I have much more experience in that world then feeding it through a super charger, I bet it gets mixed up well though and cleans the SC internals well!!
@Hpindy, I’ve soaked and cleaned rotors in gasoline, doesn’t seem to bother the coating at all.

But i wonder long term... I thought i have seen pics of rotors all deteriorated and pitted somewhere ...

Maybe a few small hits only done a few times a year might not cause any problems...... But come on this stuff is addicting ...... Next thing you know you are hitting the button on the way to the grocery store just to get that fix lol

They claim the lid helps with flow even without using nitrious. Looks like a nice part. The day I decide to use nitrious is the day I quit worrying about how much parts cost 😂
