Challengers:

Hellcat/WB
36/10 .00010 MF and 60% residual

Scat/WB

Redeyes are still not incentivized and standard rates apply...

Scat/WB
36/10 .00066 MF and 58% residual

Any RAM 1500 info? Lease is up end of Aug. All I can see are Quad Cabs, no back seat room.

I want to make sure I'm understanding what you're saying. 36 months, 10000 miles, .41 APR, and 65% of MSRP as the residual?

If so... I kind of wish I had leased again. Maybe. That whole Texas makes you pay full tax on the lease up front (just like you bought it) puts a damper on things.

That is correct... it’s a pretty good rate. I had wished the Challengers were at 65% with the .00010.

If that’s the case with tax then your buyouts must be decent.

Search Edmunds.com forums for Ram 1500 to get MFG monthly lease MF/RV and use AutobyTel.com new incentive section to get lease rebate bucks.

I ended up getting even more rebates then stated when I leased my ‘20 Ram 1500 in Jan, though it’s a QC.

Charger is jacked up in price now, it's like 73-74k for base?? The boosted residual negates that.

The problem is no incentives on the lease like they did last time, and yeah texas tax is brutal.

I looked into leasing a Gladiator to screw around with.....now I know why you never see any Delaware lease info:

No tax in DE, but a 4.25% of value" doc fee" when registering car. So, when leasing they charge you the 4.25% on full value of purchase price (incentives not allowed) because technically it's for registration and add that to total cost....plus, they charge some fine print 2% tax each month on every payment.

Yeah you basically need incentives or a big discount off msrp to negate tax, Texas is something like 6.25% on sales price up front though. In delaware you can still roll the 4.25 into the monthly. So we have it bad but not as bad as Texas. I think there's a few other states that are rough as well but delaware is easily top 10 state for worst in auto lease taxes.

The deal with texas (see my thread where I school the county tax assessor collector on this) is that if you buy the car at the end that purchase becomes tax-free (the state credits your previous tax payment at the start of the lease). But, you only get the deal if you have an agreed buy out price included in the contract from the very beginning. Negotiate it at the end, and you pay the tax on the sale.
