I have 2 of these I use to jack the car up. I believe I have had them 8-10 years. You can find coupons in magazines to get the jack cheaper

Funny but it does not say anywhere on the box or the Jack where it is made. The owner’s manual warranty implies the company is in Calabassus, CA.

I'm thinking in a cost savings move there is only 1 side handle on them now. Mine have handles on both sides but I also noticed my friend Tim's only has 1 also
