Not on the boundaries of Florida. On all major interstates they are turning out of state cars around and back to New York if paper work doesn't work. Florida is closed and for a good point. Out of the sign of good will you are ticked and or jailed for being a stupid pastor for holding a massive church ceramoney for 500 people. Stupid just plum stupid. Florida is becoming it's shell of a boundary of it's own do to idiots. Church services are held in the parking lots over the radio of you vehicle in the lots of the church. Not in a massive 500 member chapel. You don't have to be religious to be stupid. Just irritates me how many people out of 500 can infect more and more while the rest of us are watching 3 year old Jepordy. The pastor is in jail where he can preach to all whom has the virus.

Not true about no LEO. We were "pleasure riding" last evening and did some fun things in a more rural area. But the Waze app was active on my Car Play and it was nice to hear "police ahead" when we were on a divided highway in town. MN Highway Patrol just sitting on an entrance ramp listening and watching the traffic

I had a Tx State Trooper pull up at the light next to me on the way home yesterday. He rolled down his window and said "give it the boot, I wanna see that thing rip". I had to disappoint the dude and inform him that I'm not past my break-in mileage yet.

Normally around here about every third car is LE.
But only about 2 of them care what a responsible adult like myself does on backroads.
Lately though I think they must be working from home!
Now if only it would quit raining, I need to finish off the NTO5R's!

Interesting that some of you are still seeing speed traps. I would have thought most police departments would be given guidelines to avoid unnecessary contact and possible exposure (such as a garden variety traffic stop). Ignore the petty stuff and concentrate on important calls for now. Go ripping past a LEO at 120+ in a 55/65 however, and you may have their attention regardless.

They are hard to find around here. 2 state trooper have come down with the virus, so unless it's a nasty wreck you can do what you wish. Nobody out any way. Mine will be out of the shop Friday.

Maryland and PA state police are seemingly somewhat uncaring as long as you arent being an ass and causing issues for other people. So far anyway.

Just went for a cruise, practiced my social distancing, ensuring there was at least 6 car lengths between me & any other vehicle on the road ...........................

Cruises,,, 2 sitting off Fla coast, 1, Holland America. Want let em doc. I have done at least 30 cruises and quarantined once in Alaska and it ain't no fun ship. The captain will not doc unless the bacteria is under control. All food is under cover, no room serviced by the gals, no fruity drinks. They will not land these ships till all are satisfied by the coast guard and the captain. No thank ya. Sneeze, ya gull bait. Well, then breakfast like chickenwangs.

If anything, now is a really bad time to mess around on the roads. There are no fewer police out and about than usual and there are fewer non-police. So there's less of a herd to hide in and anything we do on the road is more visible.

No body, no cops only ambulances and EMF vehicles around here. You could run a 12 hour drag strip on 8 lanes US 19 and not have a problem. I have quiet a few cops on duty and they are just as scared as any one. Unless you are dying on the side of the road,,, nope. Wait for the next one. Sounds bad but they have families to go home also. I have the most respect for all of em but they are human and do a great job. They are not going to speedy ticket when no one is on the roads.
