C8 Corvette Dyno'd 656 hp and 606 lb-ft

I will see one, smell it and touch it on Nov 21, here at a dealership. If I can also get a drive, I’ll post up my thoughts! The temperatures around here are not looking that they will support any sort of a real definitive or aggressive stuff happening IF we can take them out on the roads that evening.

The one I drove was similar to the color on your RE...but the RE shows better in your color...

I was fortunate to have one for the day...it was Sunday..the day the Patriots beat Buffalo..(pics of the car in my back yard in previous posts) a couple of us got to drive it...I got bout 20 min...BTW the motors are made here in WNY...engines taken from GM engine facility to a site blocks away to undergo what they call hot testing...the engines are rolling to the BG facility...my orders in...I was one of the early ones

I was in early but a Vette in Feb/Mar would just sit until the roads cleared.
I opted for summer but now it seems my build will get kicked down the road.

That would be a good looking machine. But so is the RE, I obviously agree, ha, it is out in the garage. I am one of us who likes the look so far. Looking forward to seeing one in person.

Ferrari 812 Superfast is said to produce 789 hp from a naturally aspirated 6.5 liter V12. So I guess big numbers are not impossible. From a Chevy? No way.

I'm more so alluding to the fact that this engine has already been out for several years rated at 460 hp, and now they just got 200 more horsepower out of it? I don't thtink so...and yes comparing it to Ferrari's greatest V12 ever? Yeah...no.

I guess it goes back to the 1964 Ferrari 500 Superfast which came after their Superamerica. (Ferrari was really into super back then.) Kind of like our gas cap covers saying “fuel”. Sort of dumb, but a nod to the past.
Anyway, let us know when you come up with a good one.
