Well it seems my need to detail my Hellcat got the best of me. I was using VLR on the dash like I always do and got a little egregious and shot a full squeeze onto the center plexus that covers the speedo and an tach. Well.. it seems there must be a gap and I now have spots of VLR INSIDE my cluster on the plexi. It's driving me bonkers. I've heard this requires the entire dash assembly to be removed to get the cluster out. Is there any other way to do this? It looks horrible and now no matter how much I detail her, I have to stare at this spotty-azz plastic in front of my eyeballs. Someone got Ant Man's number? I just need him to get on the other side with a microfiber cloth for like 2 seconds lol.

Any advice would help. Thanks gang!

Does the bezel in front of the speedo assembly not come out separately allowing removal of the speedo/tach??

I haven't looked, but I'd be shocked if that weren't the case.

Consulted the Youtubes and I believe I may have been misled. Just need a panel tool and a butt-ton of machismo to rip the whole gray carbon-fauxber trim piece off and it looks like I can get to the meat and clean this puppy!

Hopefully the plastic can be easily removed from the cluster when you get it out. Post a pic of it apart if you could. I’d like to see what I’ll be working with. Mine was delivered with something laying under the plastic and it bugs me.

This video shows the ENTIRE process. You can actually get the clear piece off completely for cleaning/polishing. I'm going at it Friday after work with some Plast-X polish and a microfiber cloth to get it CLEAN

Yes... the entire faux tooled plastic bezel comes out, then the speedo has 4 screws that hold it in place .

Once removed, there are several tabs that hold the speedo bezel in place. No tools necessary, to remove the speedo bezel.

The dash bezel, on the other hand... that takes some nerve and patience.

Below is a picture of a 13 charger, half way through a total led color change to HEMI orange. I did this job, in a weekend.

You can see what the dash looks like, with the bezel removed. Same procedure as on the 15+ cars.

Yeah... I don't mess around...

Just an update as well. I was under the impression I needed to buy the entire cluster, and then separate the gauge/display from the trim with the lens piece since I was going to have use a 15-18 Charger (non Hellcat) donor cluster. Dodge has made it even easier than that. MOPAR PART # 68268678AA is all you need. Got it for 60 bucks brand new. Now I know the Lens won't be scratched like the used cluster I bought online previously.
