So a few members here went to the Demon event. Track prep was not the greatest as it rained that morning and they had to dry the track. DemonSRT, Hpindy, oilburner and I attended the event. DA was between 2600-3100, humidity was 60%-65% I believe and temp was high 80s low 90s.

This was DemonSRT's first time out in his Demon. First time at a drag strip in over 20 years and he still ran as fast as Demons with hundreds of passes. Hpindy ran his PB during this event crushing every Demon there. He should have been the one giving the thrill rides. oilburner was running great times for the conditions also. My best time that day was .13 off of my PB so I was happy considering the conditions.

Unfortunately the video is biased. They do not show any runs where a Demon lost a race. Hpindy has vanished from the event video because he was crushing every Demon there. I ran against three different Demons and beat them all. They even told Hpindy that he was not allowed to run in the right lane anymore that he had to run in the left which prep was gone. I was right beside Hpindy when he went to ask why he was not allowed to run in the right lane anymore the response was and I quote " it is only for Demons and fast cars". Hpindy's car was one of the fastest cars there lol. There were only two cars that ran faster a Charger with 426 twin turbo-ed ran 9.7 and a Pontiac Firebird with a monster motor and nitrous ran 9.6.

Moral of the story if you go to a Demon event have someone there to take videos.

Maybe because I was busy testing intakes he didn't want to interrupt me so that's why I'm not in any part of the video and was told to use the left lane . It keeps the testing fair and unbias

Did you get your PB in the right lane or the left?

So that day with those conditions with bad prep the Demon's were running mid 10s and you were running high 9s...9.8 to be exact. So in the same conditions as the miracle 9.65 run that Dodge did what the hell would your time have been? Again the track prep was not great it was high 80s 65% humidity and 3000 DA at the event.

It was 29C plus humidity in the after noon when I ran a string of 9.8's ( the best of 9.82@142.56) and a DA of 2800 . I'm hoping to get a 9.79 in better weather !

9.79...if you took a dump before your passes you would have went 9.79 that day:ROFLMAO: I predict 9.50s or better but I think going 9.65s on pump gas should be your goal. I have no doubt it will happen.
