Question for those that have done it or thought about it, how much weight do you think could be shed by doing a 15” conversion on the front of a Demon? Calipers, rotors, and a 15” Bogart and tire? Right now I’ve got a 17” Bogart up front with a MT skinny and almost new Demon Performance rotors. But my other car desperately needs rotors and I’m thinking of moving that setup to it just because it’s cheaper to do the conversion than buy new rotors, go figure.

If it's not a street car, that sounds good to me!

Demon already has smaller brakes than a HC/RE ... but I think you'll still shave quite a bit of weight by going smaller. Dedicated drag brake setup or some OEM pieces from Dodge that are just smaller? A single blade rotor with a single piston would be nice!

If it's a dedicated race car then I say go for it . Less unsprung weight and inertia will always help .

So I had a little time for some research on the other site today and it looks like I can lose 20# or more per side, and that’s with a MT 28x6-15 sportsman radial on front. If I go with a traditional Frontrunner that’s another 10# per side. Looks like I’ll be swapping some brakes out
