I just had the Eibach Pro springs installed a few weeks ago. Dropped the car to the perfect height, not to low but closed the wheel gap especially in the rear. It did stiffen up the ride and car rides a bit less smooth over rougher roads but that was to be expected.
I Just put the PS4's (rears only) on my car a few weeks ago. I have only about 100 miles on them since we are on lockdown in IL, but just in that short time they are a world of difference better than OEM tires.
everything I have read doing research on it seems to say that the bearing issue was some 2015's and some early 2016 builds. It seems to indicate sometime in 2016 they changed who was building the superchargers and used different bearings . My 2016 has about 21k on it and no issues.
I typically use Meguires products for vinyl and plastic. I've never had leather interior before so curious what others are using. I have the Sepia interior not black.
The best tire shine I have used is the Pinnacle brand. It does not give a high gloss look but does have a subtle shine and gets the tires nice and black. It has the best staying power, and also seems to not fling all over the car.. I just let it dry for a few minutes. Great stuff. Car washes...
I am just going off what I have seen happen to other people, and from my own experience in other performance vehicles the gains were not what the companies claimed. When I say higher IAT I meant in similar driving conditions so idling stock in traffic vs idling aftermarket CAI in traffic. Ok so...
Man we have a lot of garage queens here :p but to each their own. I just bought a used 2016 a few weeks ago it had 19,580 miles on it so prior owner did drive it. I've almost put 1k miles on it in 4 weeks :) it will get stored in the winter from end Nov- end of March.
Glad there is a thread on this. I have the stock tires on my car now and would agree with the majority they suck. I am going to widen my stock wheels to 10.5 and will chose between the Continentals and PS4's. The PS4's are probably a little better but for my use of the car and based on other...

I followed a similar approach with my Scat Pack to a smaller degree but added some Hellcat parts. The OEM Hellcat intake I really liked how it dropped the IAT's on my Scat by 7-10 degrees. Not a huge performance gain but definitely helped get colder air to the 392.
On the exhaust I do like the stock a lot, better than the stock was on my Scat. I just want it a little louder and the Vibrants seem to do that without too much drone. I am leaving the resonators on. This is where the trade off is for me personally, the cost is not that much (just over 100 bucks...
and I agree 100% with all you said here.. if we are talking supporting mods and more boost, more power etc modded car.. absolutely then I think aftermarket intake could be beneficial. I was laughing at the picture you had "Cold Member" :D on the airbox that's awesome. Neat idea to wrap the...
Editing my post from earlier after doing more research my fans and operating temps are normal given the conditions I drive in. I may eventually switch to 180 deg t stat but I also drive in some pretty cold weather in the fall and in morning so for now leaving the stock one.
That was a good thread thanks for all that info.. I guess my only comment is you have a heavily modded car and tune correct? Also running more boost than stock Hellcat and you have the demon blower. My comments were mainly speaking of an otherwise stock set up and results with these CAI kits :)
My car sitting in stop and go traffic when its 74-75 outside coolant climbs to 220-221 after few minutes then I hear the high speed fan kick on.. if I am rolling slowly in traffic say 10-20mph coolant hovers around 212-215. Once moving around 45-50mph it drops down to 203/205. IC temp I have...
How do you like it? I read here I think it takes a couple hundred miles for them to really wake up but that they are louder right off the bat too. Mine are arriving tomorrow and will be installed this Friday. :)
I think its fine, its not that its a Bad intake, I just don't think they are all they are cracked up to be. I was on the fence a few days ago and believe me I LOVE the increased sound you get from the blower.. I just had some pause when I started doing further research and have heard a few pull...
