Considering new sports car after surgery, move to new house, etc... Seriously looking at an Audi RS3 for motor and AWD

Def agree with this (and I'm a Chevy fan). I also just don't get when they constantly compare a 3, 4, even 700K! exotics to a Hellcat. What does that have to do with anything imho. Not knocking your post at all to @Magnified . I actually find your stuff some of the most interesting/informative...

    School me on spark plugs.

Agree about the plugs but I'm still skeptical about longer term wear on the E85 motors. They look pretty on tear down but they're almost too clean. It looks like a wash down to me. If that's what the plugs (and exhaust) look like, the cylinder walls have to be squeaky clean also. The squirters...

    School me on spark plugs.

210PSI! . I'm surprised. That's gotta be with the VVT being full advanced. With a a static 9.5:1 in the old days you'd get 160/165.

    "Project Demons Breath"

Funny, everything in your last two posts was talked about at my last tune with the slightly bigger 95mm throttle body. I switched back to stock TB but actually liked a higher idle and asked AJ to set higher. Its @800+ now.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

???? WTF! That's an oil change right? Please say your your doing an oil change. Oh BTW you still don't have the cool SRT hellcat logo.

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Same here. Mine are black though. I gave a thumbs up to @a526051 because mods are a personal thing and I think everyone should mod a car somewhat, somewhere, somehow to there own personal taste to add a little individualism. Don't tell me the factory made a car exactly how you dreamed it. If...

What did you do to your Hellcat today?

Was actually eyeing those a few years back for my Silverado. The tread pattern looks extremely effective at shedding water.

Stock Fuel Rails, why they don’t keep up

Ive rebuilt a few rea I've rebuilt a few rears over the years. All pumpkin style. Early Chevy's and Ford 9's. They always have different axle lengths because of the offset pumpkin. My education on the subject was that the center section was always offset so the u-joint would stay under load...

Stock Fuel Rails, why they don’t keep up

Look real nice! Glad to see they have upgraded alloy on the CV joints. I'm not understanding the ant-wheel hop technology aspect though.("different size center shafts"). Too bad about the tranny.

    Removed clear bra

I had mine wrapped @year ago. I didn't like it. The guy messed it up (not gonna go into details). So I pulled it off the next day. Brought it back and he redid it. He used some supposedly really high end stuff they use on Porsche's and OEM manufactures in strategic locations for rock chipping...

    Hellcat Anti-Theft Devices

Saving all my money for strictly performance mods lately.. E85 might be next.

    Hellcat Anti-Theft Devices

That looked interesting to me too. I just don't like the idea of anyone chopping into 14 circuits on my car. If every one is not a soldered connection and shrink wrapped it's 14 more possible problems down the road.

    Hellcat Anti-Theft Devices

Agree. I use mine all the time. There's just plenty of times I need to move the car without starting to keep every thing cold and work on it. Or get it out of the garage in the am without waking everyone up. I've had nothing but manuals my whole life maybe I'm just so used to it. It's not a bad...

Hellion Twin Turbo kit…..going from Maggie 2650 to turbos…..

Overlay would be interesting though. Or just post a pic of complete old dyno run at 18psi next to the pic of new dyno run side by side.

    "Project Demons Breath"

THAT'S what a hemi should sound like. Love it. Don't know why the factory can't just make'm like that....Ohh, now I remember, the raw gas dripping out the tailpipe wouldn't pass emissions. :ROFLMAO:.

    Live action from FUMANCHU182.

Now you know why your short a few nuts on rebuild every time. She may have just eaten some dirt in the yard and has an impaction. I know someone who had a small Yorkie that did that and that was it. Hope she didn't get into something in the garage. Good luck with her!

    track vs sport mode

I keep the Nitto NT05's on the rear in the summer for sure and the 555's in the front. Plus I like the no-wheel hop at all aspect.
