Guys, I have spent the better part of an hour searching the Internet for KW spare parts. I guess I need to travel to Germany! Sure they will sell us complete sets all day, look for even one of these companies for spare parts and this is a joke.

So I want to install the front KW's only on my RE that were removed from my '15. I cleaned the parts up last night. I need replacement "Isolators " for the front we will call them. It is the little THIN PVC material items that fit btw the main springs and the smaller springs that the adjusters use. I have an inquiry to a place in the U.K. who look like the only people in the whole world who even get close to offering spare parts for these kits. Does anyone else know a vendor here in the US that can help? Or does anyone have these in a junk pile somewhere?

The items that came off my '15 have a couple of rips/tears and I can just imagine what noises will be transferred between the springs as they get even more used up. Also noted that on the track, I must have had these springs nearly compressed looking at some of the wear marks between the coils. I need to stiffen up the front before I go getting wild again with this one. I guess there is no hope for a particular vendor who represents they have a front strut connector will ever make them complete and appropriately made to fit the Redeye, so I'll do my best to make the front suspension better without their junk.

Is this something you could replace with UHMW sheeting from McMaster?

I thought about looking there or Granger. Let's see if I can find them first, if not, I may just go over to our main shop and talk to the techs and see if they have an idea.

I love the idea of just using the KWs on the front. I mentioned it before but it's not worth $700 to me. It may be soon if the Bilsteins are not announced at SEMA.
Regarding stiffening up the front, BMR now makes a hollow 38mm front sway bar (much like the Hotchkiss I have) but it's also adjustable. I just got the Hotchkiss so I haven't planned a switch yet.

Thanks TD, I'll get that also when I can. The one place on line mailed back they only sell to U.K. Customers. Ours must not be green enough? I can still use them, I'll look around for something. I can't resist. It should work better with them on the front.

To follow-up, Sarah at KW North America in CA finally sent me the replacement parts I needed. I just needed to keep clicking on the correct KW site to get hold of the right people.

The shocks will be installed within the next couple of weeks with the balance of the "stuff" on my bench. Then off to a little track way south of MN for some tire heat treating and finding out if we can magically dial in about 4500 pounds.
