You're backwards. Air / (over) Fuel. 13.5 is lean (for WOT). Cruising under no load, most modern vehicles will go higher than 15 AFR for mileage.
Just realize what you're saying, yeah you're right, I'm backwards. Do you think running this car around 15 would be to lean?
These cars shouldn't have that much black soot, or should they?

Check your plugs. If they are black, you need an adjustment. You are losing power

When mine was stock it would show 14 AFR cruising. 15 seems lean to me.

Mine shows 13.7 most of the time cruising and a lot of black soot in the tail pipe, after driving it a few days and not going WOT then hitting it I get a cloud of black soot which is all the soot that has built up. I'm just wondering if this is the norm running a supercharged motor but it just seems too rich to me. If I get a Diablo tuner will I be able to adjust that out?
Never mind about Diablo tuner, I found out you have to spend about $1500 and replace the PCM.

Got the car out today

Humid and about 80 degrees.
Afr at wot was 10ish. I even saw 9.9. I asked for a safe tune but that seems too rich to me

That is VERY rich for gasoline. That’s what I’m seeing on my flex tune with E70

My son talked to the tuner.
He said
The "cat protection was kicking in" the computer adds fuel to cool the exhaust because the cats were getting too hot.
I didn't know that was a thing

He also said 16lbs of boost is a lot for 93 octane. Which I agree with. I was only expecting 13lbs with a 2.85
