I haven't taken really any pictures of the process but both front and rear links are on and the 315/50 are installed after fitment mods.

The driver's side needed A TON more work than the passenger side for some reason. More hammer and much more plastic work...and it STILL contacts the liner under full droop. At load there is plenty of room. Passenger side took the rib and pinch down as usual and when test fit without the liner it didnt even hit the plastic chassis shield but I still heat rolled it back and shaped the liner to it. No contact at full droop but it is VERY close. Loaded clears by a football field. I was able to retain the full plastic inner fender liner on both sides. No trimming.

The differences make me wonder if the fenderwells really are that different or if the cradle is shifted a little? I know that the splash shields from JLT cover differently on each side. Oh well. They're on.

The Bwoody parts pull the sway down just enough to get the job done.

Tomorrow I'm hoping to get the driveshaft done and test drive everything.

I forgot to ask you what wheels you are putting the 315/50r17 on? found it NM --->> forgestar

The full sending will be temporarily delayed.

A manufacturing issue has resulted in my CCI driveshaft being somewhere between .75 and 1 inch too long.

CCIS crediting shipping both directions and will be correcting the issue with a revised shaft.

It appears to be a one-off problem and not a batch run since they make everything custom to order.

My fault for not measuring in advance however I'm just a little frustrated that I've been working all morning and the stock one has to go back in.

CCI has been absolutely wonderful though. Still would definitely do business in the future. I'm also still looking forward to how this drive shaft performs

Ok. Excuse lack of pictures...but I've been busy a lot of the day just getting things back together after the CCI driveshaft issue. They are 100% taking care of it...but I'm on the stocker in the meantime.

Good news is my line lock works. Haha. Isnt this how you take tire stickers off?

These things turn right into goo. Sticky as all hell. 40 roll and all you hear is the stock carrier bearing begging for mercy and you're flat gone. Zero vibrations to 140 mph. Kudos to Paul at PK Auto for the bundle deal plus mount/balance.

I did discover VERY MINOR contact with the fender liner as evidenced by the marks on the tire. Super light ring right at top edge of lettering on both sides. This could've been from test fit and driveshaft rotation but all I need to do is heat gun it a little more. Otherwise clears 100% and no major interference or rub. The Bwoody links did their job.

Downside? A little controlled wheel hop on the street under a 2nd gear hammer drop slight uphill terrain. It's done it the same spot on street tires too when it's a bit moist so it's time to lock stuff out and order the front diff brace , cradle lockout and AAD drag pack. It never ends.

Overall I went 3.5 days without my car. One I was blackout drunk at my buddies so really 2.5 days working by myself with no lift and no help. Not bad. I'm just glad to have it back.

An update of sorts.

The driveshaft has been returned but I am currently on rotation so I cant get back to it for about a week.

CCI did fully refund my shipping charges as they agreed and turned the shaft around In 48hrs which was a bonus.

After that little controlled hop incident I went ahead and ordered the AAD wheel hop kit with poly bushings as well as a cradle lockout kit. The lockout is scheduled to arrive today and the arms should ship this week and beat me home.

Another long weekend over days off again.

This time...maybe more pictures...as well as we will have another data point as I will have Bwoody links AND the full AAD arm package at stock ride height in a charger.

Maybe I can remember to take pictures in 11 days.

I went Bwoody links and Complete AAD suspension. No interference so far under travel nor with my 315/50/17 radials. I also spent several hours with a heat gun so I didnt trim the fender liners at all.

Now with my CCI driveshaft I have a diff that whines worse than a democrat on election night so I gotta go back and inspect, clearance and retorque everything I've touched as well as swap gear lube and install my cradle lockout...MAYBE the front of the diff lockout kit too as I have a brace in the back.
